  • Minimum Product Delivery Time: The minimum product delivery time is 7 days, calculated from the date of order placement to the selected delivery date.
  • Maximum Product Delivery Time: The maximum product delivery time is 20 days, ensuring that your outfit arrives in advance of your scheduled event date.

 

2. Delivery Date Selection:

  • Customers are required to select a specific delivery date during the checkout process. This date should correspond to the day they want the product to be delivered.

 

3. Product Delivery and Pickup:

  • Delivery: Your rented outfit will be delivered to the address provided by you on the selected delivery date. Our delivery team will ensure that the outfit reaches you in perfect condition.
  • Pickup: The rented outfit will be picked up on the fourth day from the delivery date, unless otherwise specified. Our pickup team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

 

4. Tracking and Notifications:

  • Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Additionally, our customer support team is available to provide assistance and updates regarding your delivery upon request.

 

5. Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery charges will be calculated based on the shipping address provided during checkout. The exact delivery charge will be displayed before the order is finalized.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently offer shipping within Mumbai. For deliveries outside this area, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
